I have less shedding overall but it is of course hard to quantify. This serum goes on and absorbs much quicker and better that I was anticipating. It is hard to tell how much it is doing but shedding is down and my hair feels great. It keeps my hair smooth. I didn't have any irritation from this serum.

It is good for hair that is breaking, thinning, or shedding. It left my hair filling soft. The texture of the conditioner is a little thick but nice. Once you put on your hair, it spreads easily. It leaves a nice fresh fragrance on my hair. For the conditioner to work well, you do need to leave it on for 1 to 3 minutes, then rinse it.
