It is much lighter than an oil which I love and it doesn't feed the yeast that causes dandruff. I cannot attest to if they made my hair grow longer as I did not measure my hair before and after. I also notice how shiny and soft my hairs has change over the past few days. I do recommend that you have to give Pantene shampoo and conditioner, wim usage has now turned into my routines in the morning when I wake up. I have wavy hair, so it tends to tangle easily, this conditioner helps a lot with that and also I have noticed it how is more shiny. It doesn't leaves my hair feeling greasy or weighting it down.

I love to use a hair mask twice a week and this is the perfect in between, not too thin where it doesn't moisturize my hair enough, but thick enough that it gives me the same results as a mask.

I did notice a little residue from the serum but I think I needed to rub it in more. I did notice experience any irritation from the products I would recommend this to someone looking to help with breakage.
