The only downside is the fact that I have medium sized locs, and my natural hair is incredibly dense and is low porosity so it's really hard for product to penetrate without a lot of it. I had to add more than recommended to get results.

It leaves your hair, shiny manageable, and stronger, which is a big plus. I generally don't use conditioner. but I will be from now on.
