You can see form the video I have no breakage. It’s hard to believe because previously I would have a handful of hair just from applying conditioner! It has definitely strengthened my hair. I have had a noticeable improvement from fall out and breakage!

The packaging also is not that great, as it started flaking off after a week in the shower. Maybe putting it in the same type of container as the shampoo might be better.

It helped with frizzy dry ends after a few uses. Did leave a light residue after 3 wash, so I did my bi-weekly clarifying wash day and was able to reset.
