I didn't love the instructions are to use after showering and before blow dry since I don't usually blow dry my hair. I prefer a serum to use before a shower. If you are not an air dry person this would be good to try though!

My hair is definitely not growing more after using this. You could say that maybe my hair is falling out less but that's also because I'm using other products and taking care of my hair in a different way.
