[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Pantene Abundant & Strong Scalp & Root Serum. Over six weeks I saw a reduction in the hair collected in my brush. The product has a serum-gel hybrid consistency. It’s light, silky, and has this amazing smell. There’s no residue once you apply this serum to your scalp - it does take a moment to dry down once applied. I usually apply my serum in the evening and use my manual head massager to rub the serum into my scalp. I love the smell and consistency of this product especially since I have curly 3C hair. It didn’t weigh my hair down, and the smell is unlike anything I’ve ever smelled before. I love this serum.

The packaging was easy to squeeze the product out and it washed out pretty easy as well. I did notice a little less hair fall out but the 3 step system is something you have to use continuously to see any results. It left my hair soft, but I don’t think it’s very moisturizing as I had hoped.

I was nervous it would be too oily for me, because my hair is thin, but it massaged in nicely and made my hair feel so sleek and shiny! It felt like it was barely there, and I love that. It doesn't lather (since it's a conditioner), but it glides well and detangles quickly. It keeps volume pretty well for a conditioner, hair feels soft but not weighed down. The bottle dispenses easily, no mess, and you don't need much product each time, so it lasts a while.
