[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this serum for quite some time now. I like the serum texture. If I have to compare this serum to other hair serums that I have used before, this is by far the most gentle hair serum. It doesn't cause any weird sensation on my scalp, nor does it make my hair oily after use. Unfortunately I haven't seen any significant improvement for my hair fall after using this. So I do not know if it will get better at all just by using one bottle.

After using the shampoo and conditioner I sectioned my hair and applied the serum and after just a couple minutes my scalp started to intensely burn and started itching so bad! I've used products like this before and I understand a little tingle is normal/expected but have never experienced anything like this! I immediately had to wash my hair to get it out!

My scalp looks fuller and thicker because I'm not losing as much hair as I was before using this serum. The serum is cooling and light so it doesn't make your hair greasy. I wish instead of the dropper, if it was a roller it would be easier. Since the serum is so thin, it would roll down my forehead if I didn't immediately rub it into my scalp. Other than that the scent is nice and not overly fragranced.
