You do not need a lot of it just like one squeeze and I have hair down to the middle of my back and it's very thick. It smells amazing. Make your hair feel great.

Not sure if it is working for my hair shed though since I shed so much and still have been shedding hair and it doesn't really give my hair volume.

It's almost like a light oil consistentency. I noticed less hair shedding. I would continue to use to see what other impacts on my hair

Its super lightweight and doesn't leave my hair greasy at all. I started focusing more in my scalp and Ive noticed my hair feels stronger and looks fuller overall. However, it's just not enough moisture for my hair. My hair feels less moisturized and less shiny compared to my normal conditioner. On the plus side, my hair volume is still good and it doesn't feel weighed down. Overall, I would rather use a different conditioner to reduce breakage while getting the benefits of this Pantene line from the serum and shampoo.
