I have very thick curly long hairI for reference. I found if I didn't use it every day it helped with the grease feeling. I will say it did help with hair loss.

This conditioner, however, was pretty good. Ilthe scent was so great and it rinsed pretty good. I have to be honest and tell you I forgot to use this alot but when I did, it was nice.

I always hate conditioners that leaves residue or takes a long time to feel like it's fully washed out, but this one doesn't. And my hair still feels very soft.

It also had a pleasant scent that was light and didn't overwhelm you. I noticed some of my baby hairs were starting to get thicker and they stayed in my scalp instead of coming out easily. I hardly had to use any for it to cover my scalp so a little goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for something to help your hair get stronger and promote growth.
