I have noticed a significantly decreased amount of shedding and breakage since using this product. I will definitely be adding this to my shower routine. Overall the health of my hair is improving just by using this trio of products. The formula is excellent without feeling too heavy to weigh my hair down but enough to coat my hair. You don’t have to use a ton of product to get the great results.

I apply some to where I lose hair the most then a couple other places and rub it in. Its part of my after shower routine. Pleasant scent. I have sensitive skin and it hasnt caused irritation.
