I didn't really notice a big difference in less shedding using the 3 step program but I'll continue using the rest of the conditioner.

My hair continued to break in the area I applied it too. It didn't give me any shine. The bottle is is pretty. I'm not sure about the value .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary bottle of Pantene Pro-V Miracles Abundant & Strong Scalp & Root Serum in exchange for my honest review and opinion from Influenster and Pantene. Frequency: I used the serum 2-3 times per week and primarily in the nighttime, but also in the mornings if I forgot to do it the night before. Texture: Serum was very easy to apply and absorbed into my scalp quick. I was very skeptical that any serum on my scalp would leave an oily residue but I was wrong! The serum was invisible. Packaging: The serum arrived in a beautiful Pantene branded peach and pink glass bottle with a dropper. Scent: Mildly scented similar to shampoo and conditioner. Pleasant scent that only slightly lingered. Effectiveness: Serum kept my scalp healthy and moisturized. I experienced less dry scalp flakes and felt that my hair felt stronger and had more volume. It also left my hair, which is colored quite often, shiny and manageable.

The bottle has a nice design which is glass and has a dropped top that helps you see how much you need to use. It helps by releasing antioxidants, reducing stress in the scalp, helping to hold hairs at the root. To use, part the hair into sections, apply one dropped per section of the scalp, massage it through then dry and style as usual. It made my hair feel thicker and after a few days very consistent. It didn't leave any residue on my scalp and had no irritation. There is a nice smell to it, not too harsh, but it was a nice smell.

It also didn't help much with detangling and my hair still felt a bit rough after drying. The tube is to dispense. Overall the conditioning effect was very disappointing

I'm not sure this is an everyday scalp and root serum- maybe if you washed your hair everyday then yes. It doesn't seem oily but for me, it doesn't work as a daily serum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is the better of the line I'd have to say. I see some mild hair growth after using it. And I wasn't even using it daily. I'm not too sure about breakage since my hair strands are thin with fine hair and they always break super easily. If you leave your hair to dry naturally it will feel off at the roots of where you put it but you can brush it out just fine.
