I apply this serum on wet hair and add my other products and usually air dry. It doesn't leave my root oily or greasy looking and it surprised me when I use it and blow dry my hair. This is one product I will like to continue to use

The texture is rich and creamy with the little melting pearls. After washing and blow drying, my hair feels so soft, silky and shiny without being greasy. The scent smells so good and lasts for a long time.

I've also always felt like I lose a lot of hair in the shower when I wash it, but it has seemed to be progressively excessive over the last couple of years. I chalked that up to perimenopause and constantly wearing my hair up in pretty tight ponytails or buns. I know that you can't expect to regrow hair lost from traction alopecia, but I do want to try what I can to help keep the hair I have now that I am putting less tension on my strands. Pantene Abundant and Strong scalp and root serum claims to be able to help with that. I have yet to see any scientific evidence for those claims and in fact, outside of the US, the claim is actually not only that it helps retain hair, but helps grow it. Again, with no evidence except claiming “clinically proven” but all that can be determined is that they did a perception study, which is purely anecdotal and definitely not real evidence. Here's my takeaway- it didn't seem to really do anything, good or bad. I love the shampoo and conditioner, but I don't think they do anything except wash the hair gently and effectively and leave it in nice condition. The top photos show how my hair looks before and after over a month of using 3-4 x a week. I think it can be seen that I have actually lost more hair, but I just think that's the trajectory I'm currently on unfortunately and I really don't think it has anything to do with these (or any) products I'm using. Besides that, it takes more that a month and a half to see changes in hair growth from the scalp. As I don't think it does anything, I would not buy this again, but the shampoo and conditioner will definitely be in my rotation as a cheaper but luxurious feeling option.

The conditioner smells nice and is very hydrating. After several weeks I haven't noticed a huge difference in hair loss but perhaps with even longer use I should see results.

I like to use it as a bundle with the serum and shampoo and i have been very consistent for one month and i could definitely see results. My hair is so easy to comb now , uts soft and my head is full of baby hair. The scent is so good and it doesn't go away. You can still smell it after . The texture is very interesting, at first it feels like a scrub but immediately goes to a smooth consistency. I cant say that it is the best i have ever tried but definitely works
