Unfortunately, for me, the smell was very aggressive as someone who is sensitive to smells. I do think that it gave my curly hair good volume, as I was working it into my hair and using it consistently compared to other serums on the market. I do think it does what it says that it's marketed to do I did not see a significant change in breakage, but the application was very very easy.

It gives some volume especially after some heat. It's not bad overall but will have to try using for longer to see results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Pantene Abundant & Strong system for the past few months. First, the positive… I love the fragrance! It's both sweet and floral without being overpowering. But overall the scalp and root serum specifically has a mixed review for me. I personally have fine, lower density hair. That makes serums a bit of a gamble for me. I have not been able to use the serum on a daily basis simply because even a small amount causes my scalp to get greasy. The last thing I want after spending time washing, conditioning, and styling my hair is to have an oily scalp! That's why I think this particular product would be best for people with thicker, more dense hair. As far as how it feels, it is a medium consistency oil in my opinion. I have experienced both lighter and much, much heavier. It leaves a pleasant tingling feeling on the scalp after it's rubbed in. However, this can also become a little much for me as I tend to have sensitive skin. The before and after pictures that I posted do seem to show some improvement in the four months that I've used this. But as I could not use this particular part of the routine on a daily basis, I can't say that it's all due to the serum, or the combination of the Pantene Abundant and Strong products.

My hair had tins of volume for shiny lively hair .The application is easy with squeezing tube design.
