I had significant hair loss because I was postpartum and this in combination with their other abundant products helped a lot. I wouldn't use it on your scalp every wash because it can cause your hair to get greasier quicker. Just use on the mid-ends every other wash. It really smells good and helped my hair be softer. Strength:hair seems thicker and fuller in some areas over time . Packaging:very pretty like the colors. Scent: smells nice does have a bit of mintiness when used Don't love the beads though overall could use more hydration less beads if you have psiaorisis be careful might irritate it does have mint in it so far ive been ok but I haven't had bad flare ups just keep that in mind.
