I used it for about a week only for an awful red rash to appear on my neck and last for a week even after stopping. The product itself smelled great and my hair looked good after but unfortunately will not be using again due to skin irritations.

But with all the products, I felt a cooling sensation on my scalp, and it intensified until it caused itching or burning. I don’t know it this it is a side effect or if it’s normal to feel this way.
