I definitely noticed that my hair appeared healthier after using it every day for a month! I applied to my part and then on a section on either side of my part. I massaged it in, brushed and either air dried or blow dried, depending on the day. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t notice a major difference in regrowth/thickening.
