The first time I used it I did root to tip and that was a mistake 😳 It definitely made my scalp kinda flat and greasy feeling but once I used it as intended with the whole system and only used the conditioner on my mid length and ends it was a whole new ballgame. Happy camper. Healthy bouncy hair ! This is a really great 3 step system but the products are great on their own as well. Especially as a grocery/drug store purchase. Pantene has really upped their game.

It has a cooling effect to the scalp, and it's easy to apply. It's really effective. I started seeing results after two weeks of use. This product doesn't promise hair growth but it helps control and reduce the shading. It has a slight and pleasant floral scent but it doesn't stay on the hair for long. The bottle is relatively small and I've been applying only once a day. The only issue I have with this product is that on day two, when I brush my hair, I can see the residue that it's left behind. It's like tiny rubbers from an eraser. Since I wash my hair often that is not an issue. I'll continue to use this product and I'll repurchase when is over
