It helped with my daughter shedding / breakage, the texture is smooth and it doesn’t leave any residue after washing it out. It also helps to reduce frizz. For a few months I had noticed I was losing more hair than normal in the shower. I am losing about 50% less hair than I once was and I see a noticeable improvement on shine.
