[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to start using this product because I was using another one from Germany that took forever to mail to me and I love Pantene. The only thing I don't like is the ratio of shampoo to conditioner to serum none of them run out at the same time and it's kind of frustrating. Also, putting on the serum is a little difficult because I cannot see the liquid inside the dropper, so I never know if it's fully going on my scalp because I cannot feel the coolness of it going onto my scalp you'll see by my video otherwise I am very happy with its performance and my hair is thicker and stronger and I'm seeing new growth as a result of normal breaking it's very light in my hair because I'm able to style it and do all the styles that I wanted as usual. I'm very happy with the performance and I'm so glad I can buy it locally now. I just wish they would give it a better way to put the serum into my hair on my scalp.

The dropper is a little rougher than other ones I've used but not bad. It sinks right into my scalp and helps my hair from the root. The bottle is glass and matches the set. I tried this product over four weeks . After shampooing, I appt it and leave it on for about 10 minutes before rinsing. My hair feels stronger and smoother with less frizz and dryness.I have also noticed more shine and very little shedding. This conditioner is easy to use and spreads well through my hair. One thing I don't like is the fragrance it's bit too strong. Overall good for stronger , softer, shiner hair.
