I appreciated that it left my hair not feeling too heavy, I was worried it might leave a residue. As far as the claims it makes for hair strength and such I do not feel like I had the opportunity to use it enough times to notice much of a difference. I do however thing it smelled good and seemed to make my hair feel soft. I would recommend it to others, especially if they like to have a set of items to use for a hair self care routine etc!

I use conditioner with each wash and don’t typically struggle with knots, but I had to use a lot of this product in order to detangle my hair. The scent was mildly unpleasant, though the consistency was nice and thick. It rinsed clean and left my hair soft and shiny. However there was no miracle reduction in hair loss. That was my primary goal here and it fell short.

I did leave my for that extra few mins so that it could really soak in hair for my split ends. Good size product for my hair since it's not too long.
