In noticed less breakage and fallout. So far I haven't noticed new growth but less fall out is good enough for now!

I also was worried it would make my hair greasy because you put it on your scalp after washing your hair but it doesn't which is really nice. i would recommend it, if you're interested in strengthening your hair.

Kind of like a refreshed feeling. I can't really tell if it helped strengthen the roots because I still saw the same amount of shedding. The consistency was nit to thick. Overall okay product
