I look for ones that aren't too heavy and don't weigh down my hair. And this one definitely does not. It makes my hair feel soft and strong, but still doesn't weigh down my hair or make it feel greasy. I only condition from mid length to ends, I do not use on the scalp. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use this product.

I didn't see much hair, loss prevention or shedding decrease but the scent is great and it improved the texture of my hair after drying. The niacinamide is a great addition to the product, but it needs to be used daily in order to see a difference.
