The creamy texture glides through my hair and rinses clean. It smells oh so good and the packaging is sleek. This conditioner left my hair feeling soft, smooth, hydrated, and strong.

For the serum specifically, I love how lightweight it is. You can use it on wet or dry hair without messing up any of your other products or leaving behind a greasy feeling. It has a cooling minty feel which I find really pleasant, it also goes away in just a few minutes. I have VERY fine hair & it takes very little to weigh my hair down, but this never has. I also love the glass bottle and dropper system. I actually use the stopper to part my hair as I'm applying the serum. The main thing I noticed was the lack of fallout. My fiancé often says I remind him of a golden retriever because I just drop hair everywhere I go. This three-step system has quantifiably reduced the amount of fallout I have with every wash day - and I've been washing my hair more since using it! Overall, if you're looking for something to help reduce fallout, promote growth, and get some good scalp scratches in - this is the serum for you! Especially if you have fine hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've been using this for about a month and I do believe that I've seen some regrowth along my temple area where I was having some thinning. This is different in that it's more of a root stimulator a root serum. Something to help your hair grow in strong and that I believe it does. In fairness, I used the complete set; so the conditioner, the shampoo and the daily scalp the root serum and I washed my hair once a week for 6 weeks.

It feels cool on my scalp after application. It washes right out (no build up). I wish they would make it in more of a spray application with more product. It's hard to make one dropper's worth go a long way.
