Shampoo and conditioning makes my hair soft. Only down side I've seen is my hair seems more frizzy. I can tell a huge difference in the amount of shedding I've always done!

I understand why because it's supposed to help with the breakage and everything but it seems to like leave a film on your hair and your hands like I have to like repeatedly like rinse off the conditioner and it's a longer process to rinse out the conditioner for my hair and my hands and my body because it feels like a film is left all over disgusting
