Only a small amount is needed so the conditioner goes a long way. When used as part of the 3 step system it conditioned my hair and helped with my oily scalp. I did notice less shedding during washing and brushing but did not see significant improvement in thinning. I will continue using the system in my routine as results may take more time. Overall I recommend the shampoo and conditioner as part of any routine.

I like the scent and the packaging, but this just didn't work for my hair. It feels like it coats your hair and is difficult to rinse out.

I applied this daily for 6 weeks and I can absolutely see and feel a difference. My hair is stronger and is filling back in so nicely. Before this my hair was just breaking off. Doesn't leave mr hair feeling greasy either. Smells great too.

It may help reduce shedding by improving the scalp environment but it's too risky to use especially if you have a sensitive scalp. Not recommended unless you want a leave in product that brittles your hair.
