I mostly use the smaller pan and it cleans fast. The gold handle gets warm but not too hot. So far the coating is holding up well and the colors look nice on the stove.

And after barely a year, these pans are completely unusable. Everything sticks, everything burns, and the “nonstick” coating might as well not exist. What makes it worse is that my sister-in-law had the exact same experience with her GreenPan set. Same careful cleaning, same rapid decline. Clearly this isn’t a one-off problem — it’s a quality issue with the product itself. For the price, the performance is downright embarrassing. There are cheaper pans that last longer and actually do what they claim. GreenPan markets themselves as a premium, long-lasting nonstick option, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. Save your money.
