Whoa, no smoking allowed—just kidding! We love this smoker too. Thank you for your review—we’re so glad you’re enjoying all the features. One of our favorites is the versatile Built-In Temperature Probe. This innovative feature constantly monitors internal temperatures, ensuring your smoked brisket, pork butt, or anything else you’re cooking is perfectly prepared every time. It’s especially great for making sure that Sunday night roast turns out just right—every single time. We are confident you'll enjoy this smoker for many years to come!
