[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t know what exactly to expect from this GE Indoor smoker but once I had it all set up and working, I was blown away by all the details and technology and everything that went into this product. I do have this in my house and used it to cook and smoke different types of meat from ribs to pork and chicken to venison. I’ve never tasted such flavorful meat! If you use the right temperature and smoke, the meat turns out perfectly tender and delicious. You need one of these smokers ! You won’t be disappointed!

This is the best thing in my kitchen. I have been waiting for an indoor smoker all my life and the Arden does not disappoint. I've gotten the same quality of BBQ out of my Arden as my outside smoker pretty much. Its easy and so hands off that anyone can become a pit master. This is the best thing since the coffee maker was invented!!. Get one!!!

Overall the unit works pretty well. Like any smoker there's a learning curve for it. The only 1 star ding is for the waste bin that won't stay shut and keeps slipping forward. I had to secure that with a bit of painters tape to keep it from triggering the 'open bin' alert.

What I love the most about this product is that it lets you know every detail about your ribs being done. I can now use it freely indoor and do not have to worry about making ribs in the cold outdoors. I also like the extra racks and how you can remove them freely for more/less space. One thing I did have trouble with, was placing the pebbles to start the heating process. I managed to get it in the end.Very satisfied overall with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family can't get enough of this smoker. Being able to use real wood legs and smoke all types of food in my house is a game changer. Mac n Cheese, ribs, wings, turkey, you name it. The built-in presets are awesome and make it easy for my wife and I to cook just about anything. The tenperature probe has been a blessing, because my wife is a stickler for making sure the food is cooked just right. Clean up is really easy thanks to the pellet catcher. If you're a fan of smoked food and want to enjoy it anytime, in any weather, you should get this indoor smoker. It's beyond worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing. My wife didn’t know what it was. But once I got it hooked up and smoked some stuff in it she loved it. The food was great and we are always using it. Definitely need a special plug installed for it though.

This is an impressive appliance that makes decent smoked foods accessible in the kitchen. It's not an offset smoker, but it does the job. It will be interesting to see how it holds up over the coming months and years (obviously it is technically more complex than the typical outdoor smoker, with both electronic controls and an air scrubber to remove smoke). Absolutely great indoor smoker and I enjoy cooking with this appliance. It would definitely have garnered 5 stars except for one little annoyance. The water bin drawer is so easy to open until the motion from the auger will jar it open a tiny bit shutting down the cook and interpreting the cook cycle, so you have to constantly watch it.
