Our daughter and son-in-law bought a king Hybrid mattress. They said it was amazing, so we bought one thinking we would probably end up returning it. We have had it for a couple months and love it. My back was always sore in the morning and my husband’s shoulders hurt. We wake up without any soreness or pain in the morning. We highly recommend it.

After unpackaging the mattress, it took about an hour before it seemed fully expanded. Wow, is it thick! I was worried it wasn't going to be firm enough, and though it's not considered a firm mattress, it has plenty of support and has allayed my concerns. We live in south Florida and even with the AC running, this mattress is especially a joy to sleep on due to the airflow technology and cooling foam. Pair this with my cooling foam pillow and I am in heaven every night. We had a standard 'new' style foam mattress for about 6 years but it was starting to get too soggy and soft. This mattress has been a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure about the 'cooling' aspect of it (that's always hard to truly verify) but it's very very comfortable. I prefer moderately firm mattress with a soft top layer and this hits the spot. Pretty happy

Usually when we get medium support, we end up getting a mattress topper to make it softer, but we don’t need it with this mattress. Also love the cooling feature bc my husband is always hot and wakes up often in the middle of the night. However, he has not been waking up since we got this mattress!

The bed supports a back sleeper and I sleep on my back, stomach and sides - which is not supported. The firmness is good and it holds its shape. I don’t always get a good nights sleep if I attempt to sleep on my side.
