I've been really impressed this Member's Mark 18" x 11" Modern Ceramic Double Burner Griddle. Right out of the box, it feels solid, well-made, and Looks great with its gold handles and modern ceramic finish. At first I tested it be cooking bacon in my stove electric oven at 400 F, and it heated evenly across the entire surface. The ceramic nonstick coating performed exactly as expectednothing stuck, and cleanup was incredibly easy. After cooking, a quick wipe with paper towel followed by a rinse with warm water had it looking like new. The large cooking surface is perfect for making breakfast for the whole family, whether it's bacon, pancakes, eggs, or grilled sandwiches. It also works great as a serving tray to keep food warm. I especially like the raised sides, which keep grease from spilling over. So far, I'm happy with the quality, performance, and cleanup. If it continues to perform this well over time, I can definitely see it becoming one of my most-used cookware. I would absolutely recommend it.

The Members Mark Modem Ceramic Double Burner Griddle has been a very versatile pan that i added to my collection. It is a beautiful pan with gold handles that give it a high end look. It has enough weight to it to make it feel substantial but not too much to handle for every day cooking. I have left it right on my stove since I've gotten it because it can be used for every meal. Pancakes turned out beautiful evenly cooked on both sides... crispy on the edges.. soft in the middle. The pan is large enough to cook grilled cheese or quesadillas for the whole family! I cooked burgers on one side of the griddle and caramelized onions on the other side for the perfect dinner. The burgers got some of the best caramelization I've gotten using a non stick pan. Speaking of the ceramic coating it has been incredibly non stick and super easy to clean so far. Only time will tell how long it lasts but so far it's been wonderful! The bottom of the pan has remained beautiful so far using it on my gas stove. Do be careful as the handles get VERY hot as one would expect. Overall a versatile griddle for all your stove top needs:)

I really like the smooth nonstick ceramic surface of this pan. It spans 2 burners and provides a large surface area to cook multiple things at the same time. It is a solid sturdy pan. I like to use it for breakfast foods and it is very easy to clean. It has metal handles and can be used in the oven but I have only been using it on the stove top.

This pan is a fantastic addition to my kitchen, and I absolutely love the navy color! The ceramic nonstick interior makes cleanup a breeze. While it is labeled as dishwasher safe, I highly recommend hand washing to protect and preserve the nonstick coating. I also love that it is oven-safe, which is perfect for finishing off dishes. The best feature is a dual-zone temperature control, which allowed me to cook an entire meal in one pan. I made Philly cheesesteaks by setting one side to low to toast the bread while cooking the steak on medium on the other side. There is plenty of room to cook multiple items at once, which means only having one sturdy pan to clean. To protect the nonstick surface, I suggest keeping the heat medium or below. Highly recommend!

Oh my gosh, I was so excited to be able to try this double burner griddle. I immediately thought that I could make the most delicious breakfasts on this…then I realized, I can use it for SO MUCH MORE! Have you ever just wanted to use only one pan for dinner? Here's your perfect answer! I cooked my fajita meat on the skillet, wiped it off with a paper towel (yes, it cleaned off that easily!), then threw together my quesadillas. Easy peasy! I was worried about how the heating elements would work on my electric flat top, but it heated up perfectly! And does this pan look stunning! Cream color with gold hardware! Yes, please!!! Perfect! I love it! I'm sold!

This griddle is light weight and I like the handles , making moving it around much easier. This doesn't have to be just used as a griddle as you can see in my photo. I used it in the oven for a sheet pan meal and it came out great. It is nonstick which makes cleanup extremely easy. The only downfall for me and I missed reading this in the description is that it doesn't work with induction stove tops so for me this is going to be used in the oven. I think cooking a small turkey or whole chicken with vegetable and potatoes would be a great use for this.

This griddle is beautiful and highly functional. The pan is nice and heavy which helps to equally distribute the heat across the surface and keep it from warping. It is slightly large for my gas cooktop, but I was able to use it to make a large batch of pancakes and it worked great! I also cooked a sheet pan dinner (no broiler) and it turned out wonderful, as well. The overall look is high quality.

I tested the Member's Mark Ceramic Double Burner Griddle using a variety of fresh ingredients to evaluate its performance with different cooking techniques. I cooked foods that required even heating and sautéing, and the griddle performed very well. Heat was distributed evenly, nothing stuck to the ceramic surface, and the food released easily without any issues. To protect the ceramic coating, l used only non-metal cooking utensils, including silicone and nylon spatulas and tongs. They worked perfectly and did not damage the cooking surface. After cooking, I cleaned the griddle using non-abrasive cleaning tools and a mild detergent. Cleanup was extremely easy, with very little effort needed to remove any residue. The only downside I noticed was that the handles become quite hot while cooking on the stovetop, so it's important to use oven mitts or pot holders when moving the griddle. Overall, I really enjoyed cooking with this griddle. The nonstick ceramic surface performed exceptionally well, cleanup was quick and easy, and it was a pleasure to use. Aside from the hot handles, I have no complaints and would definitely recommend it.

Out of the box the pan is stunning. Beautiful and looks stylish. The ceramic finish is great and non stick providing even heating across the surface. The pan easily fits on my 36” stove across 2 burners However the design is flawed in my opinion as the 1” sides limit the amount of usable griddle space and prevent easy flipping of pancakes and such
