New buyer for the Forno Espresso Microwave. Love the appearance and functionality so far. Hope will be with me for a long time.

Just moved in my new home and love it. Has been used a lot in 3 days

The directions are not very clear or concise, plus it’s loud and there is not much difference between the high and low settings on the fan.

We just installed the microwave. Installation was simple enough, seems to be working ok . It is a beautiful appliance for sure, it completes my set.

The microwave has been working well. The handle has cracked. Requesting new one.

I purchased an over the stove microwave/convection oven unit to go with my other three FORNO appliances. this was to be an enhancement as a complete redo to the kitchen.. to my disappointment the over the stove unit came with one handle instead of the two color options that all of the other appliances came with. Home Depot’s product description said that the handle would be antique brass. The handle is not of the same quality as the other three appliances. I hope to contact Forno to see if they can supply me with the appropriate handle that was advertised. Otherwise, I am stuck with this strange dilemma of a plastic handle.

Installed a complete package in a new construction home and everything looked great....but the microwave door is clicking when opening, will work with Premium Home Source and Forno for resolution and will update accordingly.
