[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is beautiful with lovely aesthetic design. However the straws cannot be removed to fully achieve a deep clean. Tops are easy to maneuver and utilize. Overall decent product.

Lid broke during the first week of school. She didn’t drop it, was just closing it like normal and broke. Super cheap plastic.

My kids took these to school for only 2 days because one of the lids broke when it was dropped once. My main reason for giving it one star is because they somehow open and leak inside the backpack.

These are the worst water bottles ever! They leaked most of the time, the top broke off easily AND the silicone spout part gets all moldy. Please bring back owala at sams.

The water bottles leaked even when locked. the top with the spout broke after one day on the first bottle. Very disappointed. Could not get a refund from Sam's also disappointing. would not recommend

This is an attractive set of tumblers. I like the "no leak" feature and it is east to fill. However, we are not pleased with this product because I can pack it with ice and fill it with cold water and several hours later the ice is melted and the water is cool but not cold. Very disappointing.

Bought 3 sets of these water bottles and loved them at first - would have given them 5 stars. Filling without having to remove the lid is convenient and it is easy to open and drink one-handed. Unfortunately, after less than 3 months of daily use, 3 of the bottles leak regularly from the "fill" junction (re-seating the gasket doesn't help for long) and 2 of the plastic spout covers have broken, which means those 2 bottles also leak if not upright.
