While using it the last week it has glided across my face and I have experienced zero cuts or knicks! I also enjoy placing it on the included stand so I can keep my counter clean.

This new version with the exfoliation bar does a great job keeping the little hairs off of your face so that you can clearly see where you need to run it again or if its clean shaved.

These are just what I needed in my life and is something I don’t mind paying for. The shave is sharp but the razors are smooth. My official new razor is the Gillette razor.

It doesn’t clog easy, the blades seem to last longer and the handle is comfortable to hold. It has an exfoliating bar that’s there to help with unseen dirt for the smoothest shave. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking this razor out of the package, I immediately noted the high quality. As soon as you pick up the razor you will notice the solid feel of the metal handle. The actual shaving experience is just as good. At first, I had my doubts about the "exfoliating bar" but I can tell you it really does make a difference in regards to how my skin looked and felt afterwards. As good as that is, the best part, in my opinion, is the 2Dflexdisc which in addition to the pivot of the razor head itself, makes for an incredibly close and smooth shave - almost tailored to my face. Lastly, if you store your razor in a vertical position, than you will appreciate the stand which actually does hold the razor well.

I have been a loyal Gillette user since my first shave with Blue Blades at age 15. I'm very disappointed in the last few cans of Gillette Shaving gel. I don't know if the formulation has been changed or quality control is dropping the ball. The gel isn't a gel so much as a slurry. Its very thin and runny. If I have just been getting bad cans of gel, I'll stay with Gillette, but if this is what I can expect, then I am going to switch brands.

Great value and comes with 1 razor, 1 razor stand and 2 cartridges (refills). One of my husband’s favorite features is for sure the magnetic stand so razor stands up and doesn’t lay flat, which definitely reduces the clutter around the bathroom sink. And as always, the Gillette blades are the best and for sure minimizes the chances of accidentally cutting the skin. Would definitely recommend this product!
