The razor feels premium and solid. The handle is sturdy and long-lasting — definitely not a disposable feel. Very sleek and modern. The magnetic stand is a great touch, and the built-in exfoliating bar is both smart and practical. It’s on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for — high quality, excellent performance, and thoughtful design. The shave is super smooth and close, with fewer passes needed. The exfoliating bar helps lift hair and remove dead skin before shaving — a great bonus. One of the most comfortable shaves I’ve had. No irritation, and the razor glides effortlessly.

I found the razor to be relatively smooth and effective. I personally didn't see the effect of the girator looking component toward the stem but the razor worked well overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the handle and the dock for this razor are made of a very solid, hefty metal. They do not feel cheap at all. The handle has a nice anti-slip texture where you would place your fingers and the razor head release is very positive. The 4 way pivoting head is a nice addition, moving forward to back and tilting from left to right. The 5 blades of the razor are clean and sharp, as I have come to expect from Gillette. Also included is the rear side detailing razor for the sideburns, etc. This is a feature that I think should be standard on all high end razors. I can't speak as to whether or not the exfoliating bar on the razor makes much of a difference for me. What I can say is that the overall feel and performance of this razor is that of high quality. This razor is definitely worth putting on your list and would be well received by a loved one.

It also still has 5 blades which is a plus. The stand is magnetic so you don’t have to worry about your razor going anywhere. I do like that’s it’s a bit heavy which makes it feel more sturdy.

I got a nice clean shave and didn't nick myself at all. I think the exfoliating bar worked well and did it's job of removing dirt for a close shave. Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend to everyone.

It feels smooth to use and works extremely well. The blades are sharp and provides you with a nice, clean shave. The magnetic stand also adds a bonus so you do not have to put it flat on the counter.

The integrated shave gel works well and isn’t as gooey as is found with some other brands. Much like other multi-plate cartridges, they tend to clog quickly and require rinsing frequently when shaving. The metal handle is solid and comfortable to hold, although a little on the larger side. The magnetic stand is nice and sleek. The prices of refills are a little expensice but it is a premium product.

It is so well balance that is almost impossible to cut yourself during shaving. It is so good I bought two, one for the house and one for traveling. A must for every man who wants a perfect shave.
