[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Gillette Razors for years but the exfoliating bar was a welcome addition. The first time I used the razor my face felt a little irritated/hot but it was temporary and only happened the first time. I am guessing my skin wasn't ready for the exfoliating bar. The second and third shaves felt like I was using my old razor. I like the fact it came with a stand too so there is a place to hold the razor when not in use. Definitely worth it.

The fact that this new Gillette Razor has the exfoliating bar in the handle, makes this very easy to use. I get a nice clean, close shave every time that I use it, due to the contoured razor head. I like that it has a stand, which makes it very handy to store after every use. I would recommend the GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor for Men, to anyone looking for a really nice Razor that gets the job done effortlessly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this razor. It's silly but the box it came in felt more like opening a cellphone than a razor. It was very well packed. The razor itself is much heavier and sturdier feeling than my fusion razor used previously. The shave provided was very good, similar to the fusion. For me honestly I couldn't tell the difference. That said the feel, the base, and the packaging make this a much nicer gift than the other razers Gillette offers. It is however priced a bit higher than the fusion which is the only real knock I can give it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work great without making my skin breakout. The swivel ball is great around the jaw line and is very smooth. The razors seem to last while longer than normal razors. The stand it great also. Very nice.

The weight of the razor feels just right. It feels substanial. It is easy to clean. But that's it for me. The shave is close, but not THAT close. Not much different than the Fusion 5. It is hard to make it stand up in the base. Like the container it comes in. Was hoping for more.

I have been a fan of them and sometimes it does take a few strokes to get all the hair off my face. When this Gillette Labs came out, I had to try it. Smooth, clean, comfort, wife approved. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was exciting to try out this new razor; it swivels, has an exfoliating feature, and comes with a compact stand. After several uses, I concluded that it's not the right razor for me. The blades seem to tug on my beard as it shaves instead of a smooth shave. I've used several other Gillette razors and didn't have this same issue. For this reason, I concluded this wasn't the right razor for me. I know different people will have different experiences with the same razor, so it may work out better for others than it did for me.

I use a Gillette razor every day and have done so for over a decade, as I started shaving my head daily in 2009. I love their products but this is just too much. The exfoliating bar pushes the blades too close together and they clog easier than the standard 5-blade cartridge. I only used this on my face and neck, which I shave less often, but I'm not sure I've noticed any benefit to the exfoliation. The tilting head seems like a cool concept, but I didn't like it in practice. Made it more difficult to maneuver around my jaw. I also disliked the cartridge-specific handle. I love being able to mix and match heads. The base for the handle also seemed cool in principle, but the magnet is so weak it's useless. Don't bother with any of it.
