These are pretty good fpr a quick meal. The carbs are high, so i try ro add 5 or 6 air fried Bare chicken bites to it for more protein. ive also thrown in some cooked frozen spinach to make it a full meal at dinner. I dont want to like them so much because that means Sams will stop carrying them soon

They taste really good. They are creamy with a mushroom and black pepper taste. They make for a nice quick lunch. The initial smell is very strong however. It smells like chemical? It's not necessarily bad and the smell goes away relatively quickly. So maybe not one for the communal microwave at work.

These are easy to make and delicious. I love the savory mushroom flavor.

Would buy over and over, but make sure you read and follow directions.

This food gave me severe migraines I first thought it was just that time of the month but today I had tangled for lunch again 2 hrs later an intense migraine and it was the only new food I have consumed

These are delicious. Every time I make them in the office I get so many people asking me what Im eating because it smells so good. Love the extra protein
