It's perfect! It holds my computer and a whole lot more. It also fits nicely under the airplane seat.

Love this backpack. Has great staying quality. My husband, kids and I all have at least one apiece. One of these made it through a whole year nearly 2 in high school without even getting a hole in it. They stored their laptop and all of their schoolbooks with plenty of space.

This bag was to replace the Swissgear bag I've used for 21 years. It is so roomy and has always been my go to bag for work and travel.

Great back pack. Easy to not even look at the bargain price. I have an older Swiss gear backpack, but it is huge. This is a better size with all the right pockets and clever places to store things . Example: there is a hard glass case enclosed in the top of the pack. Easy access when needed. I am older and use this for travel not school. Also has a strap to attach to luggage. Great add on. Access to things when flying is key to me and this delivers. It does have a great area for laptops or IPads. Bought it at$49 and thought it was a bargain. At $39 no brainer.

I've had several Swissgear backpacks and four pieces of their lightweight luggage. I bought this one on sale and the gray caught my eye. My others are black and after my cataracts surgeries my contrast vision is a challenge. Black fabric, black laptop, black cables, phone chargers are hard to see. I like much of what has been added. A hidden tracker pocket lets me track it. Straps have been improved. I would have liked a few more pockets inside for organizing chargers, cables, etc. would have like a couple of closed pockets on side for sunglasses, etc. Few people carry how much I do so for most it's perfect. I'm taking it on its first roadtrip so I'm eager to see how it does.

The strap ripped during the second week of school. I purchased this product expecting Swiss quality, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
