I have had my cushion for about 8 years and would be lost without it. I mainly use it in our older car and when we travel long distances. I am going to purchase a second one to use on my chair at my computer desk. I have purchased two other seat cushions from Bed Bath and Beyond for my computer room and they don't come close to the quality and comfort of the Tempur-Pedic. It would be nice if they offered more than one size for larger people. I'm small so this one is perfect for me. I also have the LumbarCushion. My cousin had problems while driving and I let him borrow my cushion when he came to visit me. He got out of his car when he got to my house and could hardly walk. So on the way home, 600 miles away, he used my cushion and had a great trip home. He now owns one himself.

This current model added the contour design. The previous design was just a solid piece and not contoured. It was the same material and no matter who used the cushion, it would contour to your body. This model can be very uncomfortable with the hard center piece. I sit at work 8 hours a day and use the older version as it is more comfortable than the newer model.

This cushion took away a lot of the fatigue...I highly recommend to anyone who sometimes finds their legs or lower body getting numb while working for a number of hours.

My chair in my office is the "pits". I had to do something about the backaches and bottom pain by the end of my 8 hour day. I bought the Tempur-Pedic Seat Cushion and have been in heaven at the officer ever since. Like sitting on a cloud . . . really! I love this cushion and am thinking about getting another for my home computer chair.

I bought the seat cushion for my car. I drive a Prius and the seats are not comfortable. I was very disappointed in the size of the cushion. I am 5'8" and weigh 125 lbs and the seat cushion was too small for me. The sides of my thighs and backside hang over the sides a little, which is uncomfortable. I would return it if they would accept returns on these items.

I got this originally for my husband. But since I enjoyed it so much, I decided to keep this for myself. I worked in front of my computer a lot every day. My back and my bottom used to hurt after a while. Not any more since I started to use this cushion. Gee, it is wonderful that I don't need to worry about my back pain because of sitting for too long. Absolutely love it and recommend it. Will get another one for my husband~~~

The Good: - good memory foam material, which molds to your body - It's my personal preference to not have a hole for the tail bone. The Bad: - The width of the cushion should be larger - The molding and raised ridges don't really help and are a bit annoying because that assumes a once size fits all. If Tempurpedic wants to keep the raised ridges, they should reduce it by 50% or eliminate it completely.

I recently purchased 2 seat cushions. One for myself and one for my 87 year old mother. We have not had them very long so I can't comment on how they will hold up. So far, we both are very happy with the comfort they provide. My only suggestion would be to make the seat in sizes other than 16". The 16" is fine for my mother but an 18" or 20" would have better for me. If I were to purchase this for my husband I would want a 22".

Purchased 3 seat cushions and 2 pillows. Within a year the seat cushions started to have black spots. Brought to shop and said there is nothing they can do and you can't clean it. Since the pillows did not develop molds we don't think it's the humidity nor the environment since they all stay inside the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely recommend the seat cushion for a folding chair, as it fits perfectly. However, on a larger 'office chair', the size of the cushion didn't fit as well. It is still very comfortable.
