It's cheese. Live it, love it, embrace it. They call it Mexican cheese, but i use it on everything and for every recipe that calls for cheese. Pizza, mac n cheese, casseroles...you get it. Now go DO IT!

I use this cheese for omelets, Mac and cheese, grill cheese sandwiches, cheeseburgers, nachos, and there is no end for its uses.!!!

I don't generally buy pre-shredded cheese, but I was cooking a large amount of food. The blend was a great mix of cheeses and melted beautifully.

It is my go to cheese. I wish the flavor was a little more intense with flavor so I could use it for more recipes. I like the size of the bag. However I wish it had a better closing mechanism. I have had it mold on me before I finished all of it.
