Absolutely the best . We cooked ours on the blackstone

Purchased on a whim, as I do not eat beef, so I was happy to finally see a chicken option at my local store. I sautéed onions and peppers and used the smoked gouda, that I had on hand, with a little mayo on the Sam's hoagie rolls. I was pleasantly surprised with taste, texture and how quickly it cooked. I work from home, so I will continue to purchase as quick lunch option.

I used this to make oven chicken fajitas. Loved it, easy to separate with a fork, not fatty or gristly at all!
