These are nice a soft for hanging out and stylish enough for going out. The zippered pocket is a nice touch for keys or cell phone. The one thing I recommend is a dark color as the material collects and hold cooking (bbq) splatters and they show prominently.

Got these shorts for my son. He was a little weirded out by the fabric but got used to it. Pockets are an ok size and he said they were really comfortable. Theaim issue is the length of the shorts. They were high. It the best short to go out in kr play sports in for him but good shorts around the house.
