Each of the three flavors, whether it is the Atlantic Salmon Steakhouse, Wild Alaskan Flounder, or Tilapia Blackened, all taste absolutely amazing! Not only do they taste great, but they are also packed with plenty of protein (the Salmon and the Tilapia both have about 23grams, while the Flounder has about 15grams per serving) So go ahead and give this product a try... trust me when I say, you won't be disappointed!

Salmon was the fish that took the longest to cook but it was because it was a thicker piece than the other two. Would buy this again.

The salmon, flounder and tilapia each had different blends for different flavors. I cooked mine for lunch, three varieties three days. Very tasty even when reheated. Plenty of protein too!

All three fish and flavors were very good, a little on the mild side for seasoning buy a good flavor. There was no fishy taste either. The whole family really enjoyed this. They are also easy to prepare, just open and pop in the oven or air fryer until cooked through.

Not worth the price. Pieces are small. If cooked to the listed times fish is overdone and dry. Salmon was full of bones.
