The touch pad works most of the time but not always. It's finicky and sometimes it won't respond to touch. Please call me 314-580-4245.

Installation wasn’t bad, but we love the product. Arrival time of product was annoying considering it came from a distance if about 90 miles.

The forms to complete the registration are simple, however it's missing a place for the serial number.

They look impressive, but are too loud even on the lowest setting. That being said, the fan is powerful and looks so cool.
