They are not very good.

Love the flavor of the peach one especially. It tastes like I’m eating sugary gummy peach rings, but instead it is protein. Love that! The green apple is tasty too. My first box was great. Ordered two more, but during shipping they got overheated which caused the bars to partially melt and separate. I’m still eating them, but not enjoying as much as there are greasy white chunks that have accumulated around the edges. Some of the bars even opened slightly to where the outside packaging is greasy/sticky. Sad. I have a whole unopened box and one I’m making my way through. Wish they had them in the store during the hot summer instead of just shipping.

I’ve always had a sweet tooth for tart candy, but can’t handle the sugar rush any more and am trying to reduce my sugar footprint. Have learned that what works for me is to always have a little protein with my carbs to lessen the blood sugar spike, it reduces my cravings and is just better for my body. So glad I saw these at my Club (it is currently in the warehouse April 2026) and decided to try. I am someone who will spit out a jellybean if it is not tart or has little flavor because it’s a waste of calories imo. I love sweet tarts, spree, jelly belly sours, nerds etc, and these are delicious! I can even just eat a quarter of a bar to satisfy that sweet/sour urge. There are only 15g of carbs and a full 16g of protein in each bar. You might think that the protein would definitely detract from the taste, but it really does not. It’s a soft and chewy, fluffy tart treat. Definitely one to try!

Ok, I’ve been seeing these all over my TikTok so I decided to give them a try. They are very good if you like sweet and sour. Don’t let that scare you off because it’s not over powering it just a nice little sweet sour treat. I should have gotten 2 boxes.

Gross-sour marshmallows? I like every other protein bar I have tried. This one is not good.

Weird taste for a protein bar

I was hesitant to buy these but wanted to try them since the price was so low. I was surprised that these taste like candy. Almost like eating laffy taffy!

These are so good. I walked by them for months at the club choosing your traditional chocolate and peanut butter bars over these. I finally gave them a chance and they are the best protein bars I’ve ever had. @Sam’s Club….please keep selling these. It’s so nice to have a different flavor option available. Sweet Peach Punch is worth the price of admission. It’s a great day to have a great day!

If you like 'sour' %26 'marshmallow' texture - you will love these. I prefer to have variety and these add to the bunch. (Not everything needs to be chocolate) I do not think these are "chalky" as some of these reviews claim. It's a nice snack that you do not need to feel guilty about.
