At first I thought these were going to be gross, but my teen son wanted to try them. To my surprise they were actually really good for being a sour healthy snack. Yes, they were a little sour but not to bad.

I’ve always had a sweet tooth for tart candy, but can’t handle the sugar rush any more and am trying to reduce my sugar footprint. Have learned that what works for me is to always have a little protein with my carbs to lessen the blood sugar spike, it reduces my cravings and is just better for my body. So glad I saw these at my Club (it is currently in the warehouse April 2026) and decided to try. I am someone who will spit out a jellybean if it is not tart or has little flavor because it’s a waste of calories imo. I love sweet tarts, spree, jelly belly sours, nerds etc, and these are delicious! I can even just eat a quarter of a bar to satisfy that sweet/sour urge. There are only 15g of carbs and a full 16g of protein in each bar. You might think that the protein would definitely detract from the taste, but it really does not. It’s a soft and chewy, fluffy tart treat. Definitely one to try!

Ok, I've been seeing these all over my TikTok so I decided to give them a try. They are very good if you like sweet and sour. Don't let that scare you off because it's not over powering it just a nice little sweet sour treat. I should have gotten 2 boxes.

The apple was inedible. Both me and my son spit it out, a super rare occurrence. It tasted like nail polish and the peach was ok. Terrible, gave away.

I am currently on a weight loss journey and the hardest thing to cut out has been sweets and candy. This has become my go to alternative when I'm craving sweets. It taste like a sour gummy candy! My husband loves them as well!

Best protein bars by far. The sour peach is the better of the two for sure. The apple one is ok, not my cup of tea but still edible. If you like chewy marshmallowy texture then you'll love it.

I am NOT. Sour candy person or a protein bar person HOWEVER these are my fave!! They need to be cold so it changes the texture! I crave these everyday!! It's just like sour gummy candies The best!!!!

I love the texture, between marshmallow and gummy candy. And I like sour fruit candy in general, but did not work in a protein bar. Tasted like hand soap smells and I much prefer their chocolate options by same company. 5 stars for those.

My new go to sour snack! These are amazing and I don't have all the guilt of a candy bar. These peach tastes just like a peach ring!!

They're soooooo good! Like candy but a protein bar. I'm stocking up on these! I love the puff bar texture and these are just fun and different flavors than your average protein bar.
