This is a nice chair. It has a fun look with a half circle ottoman. I love that there's also storage in the ottoman. The fabric feels durable but is still soft and nice to touch. The cushions are comfortable.

I was very hesitant to buy this chair without sitting in it and trying it out. I bought this chair all because of the great reviews I read. I'm not sure why everyone gave this such a high rating. It's the most uncomfortable chair - it feels like you're sitting on a board. The cushion is not soft. The back of the chair does not allow you to rest your head. The ottoman could be used as a weapon, it's so heavy. Needless to say, because Sams is such a great store, they are taking it back and giving me credit. Thank you to Sams.

Just received this chair, the cream is beautiful to look at and such a great addition to the room. I did have a hiccup in regards to missing parts, but it was my fault as I failed to flip over the chair and unzipped the bottom portion. Please don’t do what I did. It’s not sink in soft, it’s more firm to sit. But it’s still great.
