Stevia and Cough Syrup

This soda has a very stronge, maraschino-esc flavor that is reminiscent of cherry cough syrup. The stevia flavor is also very strong, which could be good or bad depending on how you personally like it. It absolutely does not taste like normal Pepsi, but I see how some people could like it. I'll finish drinking the box I have, but I won't be buying this flavor again.

could be better but it's still ok

it's not that bad and not that great either. it almost tastes like diet but hey, not bad actually. if you're used to diet sodas then this is great really but i think i'll stick to the pepsi cane sugar instead. i got it on rollback price and so not bad at all, i dont see myself drinking this kind of pepsi everyday but once in a while is fine specially if i need a little break from the full blown sugary soda.

Good to try

Was looking forward to trying this. Overall, it is not my favorite version of Pepsi. I don't know if it's the caffeine or the stevia that has a strong taste, but there's a strong taste that I don't care for. Overall, I actually do like the Pepsi Zero Sugar version so much better than this. Diet Pepsi I hate, but the zero sugar version is good. I do think it's really good of Pepsi to try to get a version that is sweetened with stevia and slightly healthier. I just wish I liked this better. Also, it would be nice if Pepsi would try a healthier version without caramel color.

Actually impressed.

This is pretty solid for a Pepsi product. They did a good thing by adding 5g of cane sugar and cutting it with stevia. I don’t love stevia at all, but the added cane sugar delivers a real sugar taste. Diet Pepsi has aspartame, and I refuse to drink anything with aspartame in it. This is marketed as a prebiotic first, but come on...that’s mostly a gimmick unless you’re pounding cases of it. All that aside, this is actually a very solid soda. It starts 100% like Pepsi and ends just slightly short, but it’s pretty close and really good. If Real Cane Sugar Soda Shop Pepsi is a 10/10, Corn Syrup Pepsi is an 8.5/10 and Diet Pepsi is a 1/10, this is an 8/10. That's how much I like it. For the cut in sugar and absence of aspartame, this is likely a way better to drink than regular Pepsi. I will buy this again.

i like it but...

I will preface this by saying I like stevia and drinks sweetened with stevia, and the flavor of this soda was good to my taste buds. I did notice a weird lingering aftertaste, almost garlic, that lasted for a while after consuming. I wonder if it's the fiber, as I don't have this issue with zevia sodas.

Not a good flavor.

I drink Stevia drinks a lot, and I drink Pepsi zero and Diet Pepsi a lot. I had hoped to love this. Instead, it's like drinking a slightly flavored medication. The Pepsi flavor is no where to be found, and the after taste won't leave. Huge waste of money.

Not Pepsi, but Still Good

I've been hearing a lot of bad about this flavor, but I personally found it quite good. While it definitely doesn't taste like Pepsi, it still has a nice, light Cola flavor. The Stevia is a refreshing take, since it helps lower both the calories and the amount of sugar in the drink; however, there are many people that are sensitive to stevia or simply dislike the flavor. I personally don't mind it, especially in this cola. I'm not sure that I'd purchase this often, but I would recommend trying it at least once.

Not a substitute for Cherry Pepsi!!!

As a over drinker of Cherry Pepsi, and I know I need to cut back I seen this product and thought maybe if I could like this I might be able to cut back with a slightly “healthier” soda. My thoughts after a case are the idea is great but the taste is quite off. The “fizz” of Pepsi is lacking, the taste is muted almost. I understand it’s vanilla cherry Pepsi but the taste is more earthy than Pepsi Original. The taste has vanilla front and foremost but then you get a “muddy” creamy cherry and ends with an arid taste and film in your mouth. I am not going to be another purchase in our home, even the two other soda drinkers in our house said it’s a no. I want Cherry Pepsi! Mom says “We have cherry Pepsi at home.” Gets home to find Pepsi at home is “Vanilla Cherry Pepsi.”

Solid Pepsi product

There are a lot of negative reviews for the cherry vanilla flavor, I'm not a huge fan of cherry cola, I bought the regular. I really like it, I appreciate the sugar cane accompanied by stevia. Has a solid Pepsi taste, and decent carbonation. I'll definitely be purchasing again.

I think the cherry vanilla is the best flavor, but both are good. The regular is good when you don't want a sweet taste. I drink a lot of the fiber sodas because of the lower sugar, but they're also tasty and the fiber is nice. Pepsi is actually the best in my opinion, because there's no herbs in it to mess with medication. It's also $6 for 8 cans instead for 2 cans. I like that I can drink it whenever I want. Pepsi is the only low sugar name brand with stevia instead of the nasty stuff.
