So delicious

As a general rule, I don't buy canned sof drinks for at home. I make an exception for Pepsi Prebiotic. My son introduced me to them and quite honestly, I think they're better than the regular diet version. Even my husband enjoys these, and that's high praise from a man who sees "low sugar" or "no sugar" and categorically decides it's going to taste terrible. Pepsi Prebiotic? He loves it. It's a healthier treat that truly tastes like a treat.

Delicious

This has a smooth cherry vanilla flavor that tastes genuinely sweet without being overpowering. The combination of cherry and vanilla creates a refreshing taste. One of the best things about it is the clean finish — there's no strange aftertaste. Overall, it's a flavorful and satisfying soda. My stomach felt ok afterwards so maybe that was the probiotics at work.

Ive been drinking stevia sweetened sodas for years so this tastes fine to me. Having a small amount of sugar in it definitely helps reduce the stevia aftertaste. This reminds me of Pepsi Light, a half sugar and half saccharine sweetened Pepsi with a lemon flavor added. It was available for a few years in the 70s.

Best "healthy" cola out there; Great value

Pepsi deserves major kudos for coming up with this stuff. This might be the first actual, successful attempt at creating a "diet" soda that doesn't come with major taste issues that cause you to throw the stuff out after a few tries. I accidentally stumbled upon this Pepsi Prebiotic Cola and I am glad I did. As someone that has a bit of a cola kick especially at days in the office, I was looking for something that wasn't filled with sugar and calories. This fits the bill perfectly. It has 7 times less sugar than ordinary colas and about 5 times less calories. It feels just like a Pepsi or other typical cola in terms of texture, carbonation, refreshing-ness, and how it goes down. Taste wise, I'd say it is kind of like a "lite" Pepsi. You can tell the taste is there, but it is obviously not as strong as a typical Pepsi would be. I would say it is also milder than Diet Pepsi. However, I think it would still be more than satisfying to anyone who does not absolutely need the full sweetness of a typical cola. The taste-to-health ratio here is substantially better than any ordinary cola or the typical diet alternatives. Also, I haven't tried mixing it with, say, Bacardi, but from the taste I think it would blend very well. Further, price wise it is a substantially better value proposition than what you'd get from the typical healthy soda brands (which I often find way overpriced). I REALLY hope Pepsi keeps making this stuff.

Honestly, we started buying these because we were spending a decent amount on Poppi trying to avoid a lot of the artificial ingredients that come with most sodas. When Pepsi launched their own prebiotic version with more natural flavors and ingredients, we ended up gravitating toward these instead. if you're expecting it to taste exactly like a normal Cherry Pepsi, it doesn't. But it's still really good in its own way, especially once you stop comparing it to regular soda. The price also feels pretty fair considering it avoids a bunch of artificial fillers and ingredients. We keep these stocked in our house pretty regularly now for when we want something carbonated without feeling like we're drinking straight junk.

Good prebiotic Pepsi.

This prebiotic Pepsi is good! It has an odd aftertaste because of the Stevia. But I discovered something. If you drink it when it's really cold from the icebox, the aftertaste is not too strong. At room temperature, it is somewhat strong. These only have 5 grams of sugar per can. I highly recommend em.

Pepsi probiotic duo

A different taste, but not objectionable. I prefer the regular versus the cherry in this duo pack. My husband likes the Cherry. One of the cans missed the filling as it was empty with the top tab still secure on it. Have purchased this product x 2. Like the probiotics, low calories, and lower sugar. For me (I'm a Coke person) it's very sweet in taste but with lot's of ice cubes I can manage it. If you use it as a mixer, probably wouldn't notice a difference.

Tastes More Like Diet Pepsi Than Expected

I tried the Pepsi Prebiotic Cola in Cherry Vanilla, and while the flavor is interesting, it reminded me a lot of diet Pepsi. The cherry vanilla adds a fun twist, but the overall sweetness and aftertaste felt similar to a diet soda. If you like that lighter, less sugary vibe, you might enjoy it, but it wasn't quite what I was hoping for.

Hi so here's my sincere review of this product. I got it with good intentions thinking that you know it's like a a guilty pleasure without the guilt because she's giving you 30 cal you know it looks good on paper but the thing is is if the flavor is not there all the good properties, no one‘s gonna drink it and that's the problem that we're having I took. I had one can and with respect it was horrendous. I love the concept that Pepsi is going for we gotta take it back to the lab and we gotta work this formula out because I'm telling you I don't know. I'm sure nobody from Pepsi will ever see this but if you want this to work and I think there's a lot of potential in this you gotta take it back to the lab and that's my take. Hopefully that helps.
