As much as I wanted to love Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Frizz Tamer Slick Serum Wand for Flyaways, it just wasn’t the product for me. It does have that lovely Garnier scent we all know and love and the formula is decent but I have 4c kinky hair that takes a LOT to get it to stay put and this was just not strong enough. I do have shoulder length hair and trying this on freshly straightened hair didn’t allow me to achieve the look I was going for. With my hair type it’s a lot harder to get a perfectly sleek look even after straightening my hair. This product would work great on much finer hair than mine. Though it didn’t work out for me I can still say that it is a lightweight and not very sticky product that didn’t feel heavy or greasy on my hair at all. I’ll try it again on a few other styles and see how it does but it hasn’t worked for me so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really thick coarse hair and with the humidity where I live it is very frizzy. When I put it in my hair after I shower it did exactly what is advertised. It took away all my frizz and fly aways and added a nice shine to my hair. Not to mention I loved the way it made my hair smell. It holds the frizz down all day. I also put it in my hair when it was dry and it takes my hair and did the shine. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and will buy this stuff over and over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I honestly love this product. I was scared it would either be too much of a hold or it would make my hair look greasy but it actually looks sleek. It smells amazing as well it’s something I’ll definitely buy in the future.

Why do beauty companies continue to reformulate products that are masterpieces? I agree with the disappointed reviewers on page 3 for Sleek & Shine Anti-Frizz Serum, for all of the reasons they declare. I too noticed the new scent is obnoxious, and desperately miss the avocado oil. I still have some of the old formula to compare with the new from one day to the next. The new one doesn't give my hair the smooth youthful bounce like the old, and doesn't distribute evenly. Two thumbs down- wish I had more thumbs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this serum smells is ah-ma-zing!! I would definitely use it every time I wash my hair even if all it did was make my hair smell SO good, as it does. But it actually does so much more and I really like it for the results that I get as well as the fresh, clean scent that lasts a couple of days. I've been putting a large drop of serum (my hair is short) in my damp hair right after a shower, followed by my usual styling products, and letting it air dry. It has really helped get my hair looking healthy again, as well as keeping the frizzies out of my super-fine hair! I have even used the serum as a replacement for leave-in conditioner when I'm in a hurry. Bonus: it softens your hands and cuticles! Just from working it through my hair, I have noticed a difference in cuticle softness. Unexpected, but great! The only thing that keeps it from getting that fifth star is I have found that it does make my hair oily the next day. I consider my hair "normal" in the oiliness department, but those with dry hair should definitely give this a shot and those with oily hair should maybe skip it. All in all, a really good product with a wonderful scent and great at keeping away frizz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine anti-frizz Serum is amazing for my hair I usually have really frizzy hair but since I've started doing this I have virtually no frizz and when I put it in my hair not only doesn't smell good but it also doesn't leave a greasy shine to it like most anti-frizz serums I love it

I was so worried that it would feel gel-like & that it would be sticky but it’s not at all – it also has a very sleek finished look. I like it. As someone who is always struggling with frizzy hair in different types of others, this is definitely going to go into my purse. 🤗 normally I avoid posting pictures of myself in my views, but I really wanted to show how sleek it looks.

Amazing makes my hair feels smooth and soft and more manageable and protects it from hair dryer heat damage I use it all the time after shower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a good product. I used it on my mothers hair (which is kindve thinning) which is African American. I used it before putting heat to it and it works just fine. It is also a good smelling product. Coincidently it seems her hair has gotten thicker. I know this product isn't for thickening hair but i just wanted to add that, whether that was a coincidence or not.
