Too high for a back sleeper. for side sleepers it's okay. you can't return the pillow even though I ordered two and only opened one to try. don't buy it.

This is the best pillow Tempur-pedic has produced in years. I believe it would suit anyone. So soft and comfortable, even for those needing neck support.

This is a very good quality pillow. I think it will stand the test of time, and the tempur material is super comfortable. I only wish that the pillow was a little thicker for extra neck support
