As advertised, the pillow is very soft and plush, while still being responsive and malleable like all memory foam. I shift positions quite often, and I found that the pillow was quite comfortable and offered better than average support for back sleeping and stomach sleeping. I prefer a firmer latex or traditional foam pillow with a higher loft for side sleeping. Given Tempur-Pedic's reputation, I expect the pillow to hold up well for years, but I'm not certain this pillow is worth its full retail price for me personally. Most sleepers looking for a soft and supportive pillow for back or side sleeping will likely find this pillow satisfactory, as long as it is within their budget range.

I am pleased to report that I no longer have this problem thanks to these pillows. I'm a side and stomach sleeper. I have two for when I'm reading on or some device. As long as I am sure to drop it to one when I am ready for sleep, I wake up feeling great.

I had just had shoulder surgery and suffered from sharp pain during my recovery period. I could not sleep on my right side and spent many a sleepless night tossing and turning, looking at the clock just inch forward in time. When I put the topper on and added my new pillow, I was dubious, thinking I might not adjust, or if I did, it would be a long adjustment period. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm am a side and back sleeper and these pillows have just the perfect combination of softness and firmness to make either sleeping position very comfortable. I'm not sure if that would be the case for a side sleeper who had really wide shoulders - but they are just right for my 5'3" frame. With my old pillows I always felt the pressure of my head on the pillow - these pillows make my head feel like it is "floating", without any particular pressure points. I love the removable covers - they are thick, well made, and machine washable. Would definitely buy these again. If I could improve anything, I would make them just a little bit longer so they fit across my queen bed without leaving as much "open" space. Not many pillows (or pillow cases) come in queen size anymore - even though most people I know have at least 1 queen bed in their home (I have 3).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been through so many lumpy cotton pillows that I finally did some research and settled on trying the TEMPUR-cloud pillow. No cotton lumps will ever form, nice and soft and conforms to your head as you roll around. I've only had it for around 3 months so I can't say whether the quality of the foam will degrade just yet, but for right now its a great pillow with the perfect amount of softness and support for a back and side sleeper like myself, in my opinion. As for value, I think it may be a bit pricey for me personally, unless you get the buy 1 get 1 free deal - this made it feel like a steal when you consider the price of other high quality pillows. Overall I'm happy with it!
