Not as cloud like as I expected. I am a big fan of these products but this pillow was not soft enough for me. It just reminds me that I need to see, feel and try the pillow to be sure if it is what I need.

This pillow is a lot more firm than I expected. Purchased online so I didn't try it before buying. The Tempur material doesn't conform too readily when I lay my head on it. I would prefer a softer, more responsive material.
