[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely worst pillow I have ever owned.... No support goes flat, way to small you roll over and your off the pillow not worth the money. Horrible for side sleepers. Extreme neck pain.... Too late to return for refund, won't purchase again....

I love tempur-pedic and have used them for years, I thought I would try the cloud pillow and it looks great! However it is way to soft, it gets paper thin where I lay and takes a while to come back up. Definitely needs to have an option for a medium/firm because the shape is perfect.

As soon as I lay my head down on the pillow I noticed something different about it. It was so comfortable. When I left I stripped the bed and looked closely to find out what kind of pillow it was. Tempur-Pedic! As soon as I got home I looked it up and ordered this pillow. It's been great! I am small and have a short neck and often pillows are too high. But then they aren't high enough when I switch to my side. This pillow hits both notes perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two for me and my partner. We are side and back sleepers . I had high hopes of replacing my older pillow. This newer version is simply too firm and too thick that laying on it extends my head so far forward without much give that it's uncomfortable. We tried sleeping on it for two weeks (even unzipping the cover/removing the cover to allow more give, before giving up as our heads and neck were just aching all over. Now we have two expensive pillows that we won't use. We were so disappointed for the price.

I have tried MANY pillows .. I have now had this pillow about a month now. I absolutely LOVE it!!! I have now purchased 4. I wake with NO neck pain ( I'm a back sleeper ) no lower back pain. No needing to fluff my pillow at night to get it to form to my head !! I'm 5'4 120#. I would highly recommend this pillow.

Investing in a higher quality pillow does play out. I've noticed I don't toss and turn as much. I'm predominantly a black sleeper, but would sleep on my stomach because my old pillow didn't feel as comfy on my back. Now I fall asleep on my back and wake up there too. I was skeptical about how the material of the pillow looked when I took the pillow cover off to wash but it totally doesn't affect the quality. I aired out the pillows for a couple of days before using.

It is very comfortable and forms perfectly around your head, just like a cloud. Best pillow I have used. Only thing is for me I had to break it in, meaning at first it wasn't perfect but after a few weeks it's amazing.

My wife likes the pillow so much that she discarded her favorite pillow that she had from years ago. I purchased during the Black Friday sale and got two for one. We gave the second to our daughter and she raves about it so much so that I made another purchase for her husband and me. Fantastic sleeping pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when my wife wanted to purchase two of these pillows. I am very particular about my pillows. I cannot sleep on just any old pillow. I don't like them too thick, too hard or too soft, and I typically like a somewhat thinner but supportive pillow. My sister had just purchased a new Tempur-Pedic mattress and received two of these pillows free. She was raving about the pillows to my wife and my wife tried one out one day when she was visiting. She immediately wanted to buy two, so I ordered them from your website directly, still figuring that I probably would not like them. When they arrived (pretty quickly I might add), they were packaged beautifully and in a very sanitary manner. Inside the one big box were two smaller and tightly fitting boxes. Inside those boxes were each pillow, completely sealed in heavy clear plastic. That alone impressed me. When I took the pillows out, my first impression was that they seemed the right thickness for me, but I figured they would be too firm for my liking. Nevertheless, I gave one a try that night. WOW, was I surprised! The pillow was EXTREMELY comfortable and supportive. Not too soft or too firm. It literally feels PERFECT for me. Now I want to take that pillow with me on all our travel trips somehow. I sleep so much better with it; no more neck aches in the morning; and apparently my wife doesn't hear any more snoring from me, so this pillow scores BIG for me! I don't want to leave home without it now.
